Local and quality does not rhyme with "expensive"!
We have taken over all of the historic suppliers of Chalet du Sire to move forward with local and seasonal products; but also organic.
It is a winding path that we try to take every day in order to prepare healthy, quality and homemade dishes.
So we select as far as possible, our suppliers.
A precise specification is established in each product category in order to question each supplier on the origin of the product, its traceability, processing conditions, but also more complex axes such as medium and long-term objectives on environmental ecosystems .
This emerging section will be refined over time, according to the agreements established with our suppliers, who respect nature and what it brings to us.

Winemaker
The Pierre Bleue vineyard is a medium-sized vineyard (11 Ha) located in TORMERY, which is one of the seven hamlets of the commune of CHIGNIN, itself attached to the canton of Montmélian.
Yves Girard-Madoux, winegrower from father to son for 3 generations, on the hillside of Tormery, Chignin, France.

Clappe Herbarium
L'Herbier de la Clappe offers natural products such as herbal teas or aperitifs, from aromatic and medicinal plants grown in Organic Farming. Created by Philippe Durand and joined by Florence Pajot, L'Herbier de la Clappe is an original farm from which emanates a clever mix of smells, flavors but also calm and authenticity.

Fruitière of Lescheraines
The Lescheraines Dairy Cooperative is located in the heart of the Bauges Massif Natural Park.
Originally, each village made its own cheese, the farmers pooled their milk and made their cheese, hence the birth of the word "Fruitière" since it is the place where the fruit of its work.

Organic artisanal bakery
Sourdough bread, special bread, brioche, biscuits, Tome des Bauges tart.
Nathalie, the baker acquired during her various world travel, expertise undeniable about mastery of the main bread ingredient: flour as well as that the different stages of preparation.

The chalet of the vineyards
Family farm, Le Chalet des Vignobles has been able to diversify with a multitude of activities: Vine, Corn, Sunflower seed, Breeding and Horse boarding...
The Chalet provides us with potatoes, in sustainable agriculture.

Renzo Glacier Artisan
All ice cream and "full fruit" sorbets are made from raw materials rigorously selected for their very high quality.
Exceptional ice creams, which will delight the taste buds of the most gourmet.


Morand oil mill
The mill, built in 1896 by Arthur MORAND (the current owner's great-grandfather) is located in Arith, in the heart of the Parc du Massif des Bauges.
The site allowed several activities: the sawmill, the press and the oil mill used the hydraulic wheel according to the seasons.
Today its main activity is the oil mill, two to five days a week during the winter months.

the butcher du Nivolet supplied the Chalet du Sire with Diots and pormoniers made according to the specifications charges of the restaurant.

Master roaster since 1880 and specialist in hot and cold drinks.
Arabicas and Robustas from different origins, coffees to offer new recipes by adapting to market developments and consumer tastes.

Located 700 meters above sea level, the farm covers 4 hectares of woods and meadows. The pigs are raised in the open air in pens in groups of 8 to 12 with a shelter; they are fed specially adapted cereals
